Going to the chiropractor is a new experience for many of us and is sometimes shrouded in mystery. If you’re visiting with us for the first time, we’d like you to know exactly what to expect. Your comfort is our top priority!
What to expect:
To save time at your first visit, please complete our new patient intake form in advance. This paperwork provides us with general information about you and your overall health. If you are unable to complete the forms online, you may fill them out when you arrive for your appointment. Please allow about 20 minutes prior to your appointment time.

We accept most insurance. If you are unsure, we are happy to check your benefits for you. This can be done by calling our office and providing your insurance information.

Your First Visit:
As with any doctor’s office, you’ll start by filling out some paperwork so that we can familiarize ourself with your health history and current condition. For your convenience, you can complete the new patient paperwork online before your visit with us!
You’ll be warmly greeted by one of our staff members upon arrival, who will introduce you to our non-invasive evaluation process, which includes:

Possible X-rays: If X-rays are necessary we will refer you to a local facility to have those completed.
