Dr. Dayna Drewes is a passionate chiropractor born and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lake Superior State University, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and was a four-year collegiate athlete playing on the Laker Women’s golf team. Dr. Dayna then went on to pursue her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.
Dedicated to helping her patients live happier & healthier lives, Dr. Dayna treats the body as a whole, focusing on correction of the underlying issue, instead of temporary symptom relief. Her goals are to improve the overall function of the body and to restore optimal health, so patients can do what they’re passionate about in life without health limitations. Her holistic approach and commitment to patient well-being are evident in every aspect of her work.
When she's not in the office, Dr. Dayna is all about adventure and quality time with her wife, Jessie, and their two dogs, Abraham and Gryffin. Whether it’s hitting the golf course, playing pickleball, or shredding the slopes on a snowboard, she’s always on the move. Dr. Dayna also loves discovering new places up north. But above all, she treasures hanging out with family and friends, making every moment count.

Sara Roman
Chiropractic Assistant
Sara is a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant with a strong passion for holistic healthcare. With a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University, she brings a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and wellness to her work. She believes in a whole-body approach to healing, empowering individuals to take control of their health through natural and preventative care.
Beyond her professional role, Sara serves on the board of Roaring Sisters, a nonprofit organization committed to raising funds for individuals facing financial barriers to treatment due to insurance restrictions. Her advocacy stems from personal experience—she is the mother of a daughter battling Lyme disease, which has deepened her commitment to supporting families navigating complex health challenges.
Sara’s mission is to bridge the gap between traditional and holistic medicine, ensuring that everyone has access to the care they need.

Jill Carney, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Jill is a skilled and compassionate massage therapist who graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 2011. With extensive training in deep tissue, relaxation techniques, trigger point therapy, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage, she offers a variety of healing modalities tailored to each client’s needs. Additionally, Jill provides hot stone massages and essential oil treatments upon request for an added layer of relaxation.
Specializing in the relief of neck and shoulder pain, headaches, low back pain, and trigger points, Jill is passionate about helping her clients achieve both physical comfort and overall well-being. She also has a strong focus on myofascial release and relaxation techniques to promote long-term healing.
Outside of her practice, Jill is a proud mom of two young adults and the loving owner of Milo, an adorable 11-year-old dog who always keeps her on her toes. Jill’s holistic approach to massage therapy reflects her deep care for the health and happiness of those around her.
