To save time at your first visit, please complete our new patient intake form in advance. This paperwork provides us with general information about you and your overall health. If you are unable to complete the forms online, you may fill them out when you arrive for your appointment. Please allow about 20 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Your first visit is designed to help us understand your health concerns, evaluate your spinal health, and develop a personalized care plan based on your needs and goals.

What to Expect During Your First Visit

Your appointment typically includes:

  • Check-in and review of your health history

  • A detailed consultation to discuss your symptoms, health history, and goals

  • A thorough chiropractic examination

  • A computerized PulStar spinal assessment to evaluate spinal motion and function

  • X-rays, if clinically necessary. If additional imaging is needed, we'll refer you to a trusted local imaging facility.

  • A review of your findings and personalized treatment recommendations

Our goal is to make sure you understand your condition, answer your questions, and recommend the care plan that's right for you.

Plan for about 45–60 minutes depending on your condition and whether imaging is needed.

Do I need to complete paperwork before I arrive?
Yes, we recommend completing your new patient forms online to save time. If not, you can complete them in the office.

Will I receive treatment on my first visit?
In many cases, a gentle adjustment may be provided after your examination, depending on your findings and comfort level.

Do you take X-rays on site?
We do not take X-rays in-office. If needed, we refer you to a nearby imaging facility.

What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing that allows movement is best.

Will I know what’s wrong with me after the first visit?
Yes, you will receive a clear explanation of your findings and recommended care plan.
